DESCRIPTION - Sited within the professional Castle district of Nottingham and situated near the Castle Mount only a few minutes away from the City Centre of Nottingham, Nos. 70, 72 and 74 St. James's Street (Castle House) provide the ideal location for student accommodation.
All three houses are Georgian Grade II listed buildings with a history stretching back over two and a half centuries and being close to the one-time residence of the poet Lord Byron, near to the Rotunda building complex actually on the Castle Mount.

LOCATION - Within easy walking distance of the University and close to the stunning and lively range of City Centre shops, pubs, restaurants and clubs, they present a convenient, secure, clean and friendly environment which is kept to a very high standard.
Car parking is available at the nearby Mount Street Multi-Storey car park and local bus, tram and taxi stops are just a short 5 minute walk from the front door.

ACCOMMODATION - Our accommodation varies from 10m² to 18m² having both BT and TV and Broadband Internet access in every room with a double bed available, (where possible). All rooms and facilities meet or exceed current University accreditation standards.
Our fully furnished superior quality flats benefit from gas fired central heating and have communal kitchenette and lounge facilities on each individual floor (where possible.)
Each floor also has shared bathroom facilities with power shower available.

SECURITY AND SERVICES - Our on-Site manager provides for the daily needs of each resident and allows for a single point of contact for services and security for the whole complex.
Security is further enhanced by locking window catches and deadlock fittings to each individual flat.
Laundry facilities are available on-site within our own managed facility.
